Processing Time

Orders are assembled and shipped within 3-5 business days. Each MuleCube is individually configured and tested before shipping.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Customs & Duties

EU Orders

No customs duties apply. VAT is included in the price.

Non-EU Orders (US, UK, etc.)

You may be responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • Local VAT/sales tax
  • Customs processing fees

These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are not included in the product price. Check with your local customs office for applicable rates.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to:

  • P.O. boxes (due to package size)
  • Countries under trade sanctions

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery
  2. Provide your order number and photos of any damage
  3. We’ll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund

Returns

EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days from delivery to return your purchase for any reason—no explanation needed.

To exercise this right:

  1. Email returns@mulecube.com within 14 days of delivery stating you wish to withdraw
  2. We’ll send you a return authorization and shipping label
  3. Return the product in original condition and packaging within 14 days
  4. Refund issued within 14 days of receiving the return

Costs:

  • We refund the product price and original shipping cost
  • Return shipping is your responsibility (unless product was defective)

Conditions for Return

Products must be:

  • In original, undamaged packaging
  • Complete with all accessories (power adapter, documentation)
  • Not physically damaged by you
  • Factory reset (we’ll provide instructions)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products with physical damage caused by you
  • Products missing components or accessories
  • Products modified beyond software configuration

US & International Returns

We extend the same 14-day return policy to US and international customers as a courtesy.

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties on the return.


Refunds

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/debit card: 5-10 business days
  • Other methods: Varies by provider

Partial Refunds

We may issue partial refunds if:

  • Product is returned with missing accessories
  • Product shows signs of use beyond inspection

Warranty Returns

If your product develops a defect within the 2-year warranty period:

  1. Contact support@mulecube.com with:

    • Order number
    • Description of the defect
    • Photos/video if possible
  2. We’ll troubleshoot remotely first (many issues can be fixed with a software update)

  3. If hardware replacement is needed:

    • We’ll ship a replacement unit
    • You return the defective unit in the same box
    • We cover all shipping costs

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. To get a different product:

  1. Return your original order for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the product you want
